Barbara Edwards
As a group facilitator, relational and leadership coach and an “entertrainer”, Barb takes you beyond the ordinary to explore the extraordinary, often hidden possibilities. Her unique style inspires groups and individuals to move from possibility to probability. Barb is a master of creating “Big Talk” where you can explore the most important elements for success that supports inspired decisions and forward movement.
In addition to her coaching and facilitation, Barb is often called a modern day bard. Using a unique methodology, EnterTRAINMENT, where entertainment meets training and development, she conducts musical keynotes where she weaves singing, real-life stories, deep teaching and facilitated discussions to explore the key issues of our time: Women and Leadership, The Power of Possibility, the Alchemy of Engagement, the Road to Recovery after an Emotional Tsunami and Creating from Conflict. She creates experiences that educate and illuminate, from musical keynotes, fireside concerts to week long explorations; enterTrainment is a creative interactive learning experience.
In addition to her work as Co-Founder of WOMEN WELL BEYOND, Barbara is a member of Aberkyn Consulting, a McKinsey Consulting Group company. She is also co-founder of Women Upfront, a specialized practice designed to bring forth women’s unique and vital contribution to society.
Barbara’s professional experience includes being a senior consultant in leadership development for Franklin Covey Company facilitating and training trainers in the The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and teaching Principle Centered Leadership, Speed of Trust and the 4 Roles of a Leader. She served as faculty for Avaya (Lucent) Technologies in their executive leadership program providing training and leadership coaching.
Barbara holds a M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and a Gestalt certificate from the Naropa University and conducted a 2 year internship in Organizational Development at the University of Colorado. She is a trained mediator in conflict resolution and negotiation and is a CTI trained Co-Active Coach. She has studied extensively with Peter Block, Kim John-Payne, and M. Scott Peck.

Teresa Hargrave
As a sought-after speaker and facilitator, Teresa has served as a senior consultant for the Franklin Covey Company. Traveling throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia, Teresa facilitated workshops and presented keynotes on such topics as the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Principle Centered Leadership, Speed of Trust and 4 Roles of a Leader. Teresa also served as faculty for Franklin Covey Company’s acclaimed weeklong executive leadership program, Principle-Centered Leadership Week held at Sundance Retreat Center in Utah.
Prior to her work at Franklin Covey, Teresa spent eight years as a Senior Consultant for an Atlanta-based consulting firm focusing on not-for-profit organizations. Teresa was also a television talk show host on “Women’s Kaleidoscope,” highlighting successful women and their achievements; and she was one of the founders of the Knoxville Rape Crisis Center.
Teresa did postgraduate work at Stanford University and the University of Connecticut in family systems theory, group process, facilitation, and counseling and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Teresa developed work with community theorist Dr. M. Scott Peck, author of TheRoad Less Traveled, is a trained Co-Active Coach providing personal life, relational and executive coaching services and is a mediator in conflict resolution and negotiation. Teresa also facilitates workshops based on Daniel Goldman’s Emotional Intelligence work, Peter Block’s Community Building process, the Team Diagnostic Instrument, the Birkman, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument and MBTI.
Teresa lives in Atlanta, Georgia and northwest Connecticut with her husband, psychologist and author Dr. Tony Daloisio. Teresa and Tony have teamed up countless times to deliver speeches and workshop. They are also in the process of writing a book entitled The Character of Commitment and have facilitated The Character of Commitment Workshop throughout the United States.
